Cuvée Améthyste la bien nommée pour sa couleur cristalline, aux bulles fines, douces, régulières. Des senteurs complexes de balsa, de cèdre et d'herbe fraîche qui se succèdent. Un Champagne long, équilibré, aux notes de fruits secs et d'abricot. La pointe briochée en finale persiste agréablement.
