Ce crémant est fin et ses bulles sont fines, qui montent dans un jaune limpide. Brioche, cake, beurre: des senteurs de gourmand. La bouche est désaltérante sur des notes d'agrumes et finit en une pointe briochée. Bien fait, élégant.
