Hubert et Heidi HAUSHERR adhèrent à l'association TYFLO qui regroupe des viticulteurs alsaciens soucieux de l'environnement.Leurs vins, dans cet esprit sont authentiques. Ce Sylavner nous offre une robe claire et séduisante. Nous avons aimé le côté floral des senteurs. La pointe de miel en fin de bouche apporte une note sympathique.
