Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Un moment de plaisir pour le jury, aux yeux tout d'abord, une très belle robe. Des parfums de fruits exotiques. Une bouche d'une belle ampleur, avec des notes de miel. Le tout élégant, équilibré, une bonne attaque avec une légère acidité, et des notes de fleur d'oranger en fin de bouche. Un 2002 d'une excellente tenue. Nous l'imaginons sur du Beaufort!
