Robe rubis sombre. Bouquet exprimant les fruits rouges confits. Vin étoffé aux tannins fondus. Etonnant qu’on puisse obtenir ce nectar à partir du cépage Gamay. La finale rappelle la confiture de fraise. Bravo.
