Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

C'est un nez très typé Mâcon qui séduit de prime abord, mais sans le côté terroir trop prononcé. Nous reconnaissons après les fruits noirs le poivron qui lui donne du caractère. En deuxième bouche le sol d'origine (calcaire) ferait penser à certains Chinon de sol crayeux. Un vin élégant.
