Les Vignerons de Cascastel ont réussi un vin intense. Intense la robe aux reflets pourpres, intense la finale en bouche. Les arômes de café précèdent les notes de truffe. Pour paraphraser un entraineur de rugby connu: "de l'intensité" de bout en bout.
