Sympathique Chinon élaboré à partir d'une macération courte.
2° dégustation faite le 29/11/07: le vin a atteint sa pleine expression. Nous avons aimé le nez épicé avec un léger parfum de banane. Beaucoup de fruit en bouche, une mâche terrible, un immense plaisir. Notes finales de café.
