Appétissant petit carré irrégulier de couleur sablé qui dégage une bonne odeur pâtissière de coco, caramel et sucre de canne. Texture agréable façon rocher, un peu sableuse, au goût affirmé et à la juste sucrosité assortie de petites touches exotiques. Une douceur qui accompagnera à merveille un thé !
