Splendide robe ambrée, dorée façon vieil or. Nez très original, pâtissier où la banane s'exprime en premier, façon rôti, relevé d'une pointe de fèves de cacao torréfiées. Très subtil ! En bouche, c'est un dessert à lui seul, il enrobe le palais, le sucre est intégré et adoucit l'alcool. Les parfums sont respectés et de qualité. À essayer sur un Baba !
