Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe jaune citron brillante et scintillante. Nez très expressif bien centré sur la baie de genièvre, respectée et bien distillée. À l'aération, un soupçon épicé légèrement pimenté titille nos narines. Nous la retrouvons en bouche et cela lui confère une belle originalité. Le palais est enrobé de ces saveurs rondes et chaudes qui atténuent l'alcool. C'est très bien fait ! Servir sur glaçons ou en cocktail !
