Belle couleur vert amande avec incrustation de sémillants brins de menthe. Au nez le citron et la menthe sont très présents. En bouche on trouve une texture un peu granuleuse apportée par l’amande. Le pâtisson assez discret fait le liant. Finale fraiche très mentholée, un peu eucalyptus. A faire griller sur des chapeaux de champignons.
