A l’ouverture du pot on découvre une jolie couleur cuivrée. En bouche les arômes de basilic sont agréables et persistants, aux accents de ratatouille confite. La longueur en bouche est plaisante. On l’imaginerait bien en condiment d’un burger, ou pour relever un tartare.
