Texture originale, rappelant la compote parsemée d’herbes fraîches. Beaucoup d’arômes agréables mêlant l’ail et le citron. Le côté potiron arrive en bouche avec la texture onctueuse. Un bon équilibre avec l’ail des ours et une grande longueur en bouche. Sur un blanc de volaille poché, il révèlera toutes ses saveurs.
