Belle texture rouille et brillante. Un peu discret à l’ouverture, senteur de tomates. En bouche, le goût un peu discret de l’aubergine grillée soutenue par la tomate. Une pointe citronnée relève le tout. Agréable sur des toasts apéritifs.
