Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle couleur orangé respectant l'aspect du fruit. Elle est brillante. Les arômes d'abricot chaud, et mûr explosent au nez à l'ouverture. En bouche, le fruit est mixé mais pas trop, nous retrouvons ainsi plus le fruit. Elle a un caractère un peu gélatineux qui permet un bon maintien sur des tartines et l'équilibre fruit / sucre est respecté. Très agréable.
