Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Robe transparente bien brillante. Agréable nez très expressif mêlant harmonieusement la baie de genièvre, les agrumes, l'herbe fraîche et la menthe. Il dégage une grande fraîcheur. Nous la retrouvons en bouche avec un Gin qui a du peps, du tonus, des épices et une longueur infinie. L'alcool est parfaitement intégré. Servir avec du Tonic et du citron pour renforcer ces saveurs déjà présentes.
