D'une belle couleur rose aux reflets orangés rappelant la peau d'oignon. Vinaigre très aromatique et fin aux senteurs acidulées mêlant la pomme Granny et le pomelo. En bouche l'acidité est maîtrisée. Une subtile saveur de fruit rouge ajoute rondeur et gourmandise laissant un impression agréable.
