On déguste une huile bonne, suave, soyeuse, d’une grande finesse. On retrouve des notes d’artichaut, presque anisées, un vrai respect du fruit. Huile d’olive exceptionnelle. Presque à déguster pour elle-même, ou à mettre sur un carpaccio de truffes.
