Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Huile superbement parfumée. Très fine, au goût affirmé d’olive . Végétale au nez, très typée artichaut. Une pointe épicée en finale. Parfaite sur une salade italienne de cœur d’artichauts, de tomates séchées et de « mozzarella di bufala ». A essayer aussi nature sur une tranche de pain grillée et aillée.
