Belle couleur jaune brillante aux reflets vert olive. Nez chaleureux et épicé aux notes d'artichaut cuit, d'amande torréfiée et une touche de curry. En bouche elle dégage beaucoup de chaleur avec une ardence moyenne. Finale au type fruité noir, en rondeur qui tapisse le palais. A utiliser en cuisine.
