Belle robe jaune assez soutenu aux reflets verts fluorescents. Nez très expressif d'une huile d'olive tonique centrée sur l'agrume, le végétal, l'herbe fraîche. Attaque vive en bouche avec une ardence forte, laissant une légère impression de piquant qui lui confère du peps. Une huile d'olive au caractère assumé qui tiendra la cuisson.
