Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe façon perle de culture. Nez fin, épicé, dominé par la cardamone, pointe d'anis étoilé, très subtil. Bouche juteuse, bien équilibrée. Le piment, bien dosé, relève et fait titiller et chauffer nos papilles en finale. Une pointe de poivre de Sichuan grillé apporte complexité.
