Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Robe rubis clair, brillante et tapissante. Agréable nez fumé et boisé, pruneau, kirsch et gelée de cassis bien cuite. En bouche, c'est la surprise de la fraîcheur avec une touche un peu mentholée et anisée sur des saveurs de fruits rouges acidulés. Finale gourmande évoquant la grenadine. Nous l'imaginons en accompagnement d'une glace vanille.
