Joli rouge cerise clair et limpide, un nez qui s'ouvre sur la framboise épicée et un heureux mélange de fruits rouge et noir. Une belle attaque toute en fraîcheur et de petits tanins qui amènent un peu de mâche. La pointe minérale est bien présente. Une année en cave pour le servir à 16° sur un rôti de dinde et son gratin dauphinois.
