Joli rose éclatant, mi-coquelicot mi-framboise. Un nez subtil et fruité, fruits rouges acidulés. En bouche, beaucoup de rondeur, le fruit est gourmand, jus de groseille et framboise. Pas très vineux, mais une pointe de sucrosité qui relève la gourmandise. Crémant souple et désaltérant ! Servir à 8° sans prétexte !
