Sous une teinte cristalline éclatante comme un bijou, cet extra-brut expose ses parfums fruités et sa touche florale. On sent la présence du Pinot Noir sans pour autant qu'il soit vineux. Finesse de la bulle remarquable, très digeste et harmonieuse, une belle synthèse de petits fruits rouges et un rien de pêche et de mirabelle pour un plaisir coupable et rafraîchissant.
