Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Un jaune pâle aux timides nuances vertes façon Chartreuse. Le nez est très harmonieux, genièvre en tête, cédrat, écorces d'orange et pamplemousse avec un brin de jus de canne. Un gin robuste, mais gras et velouté. La fraîcheur poivrée est vraiment délicieuse. Il y a en outre une belle facette herbacée qui s'étire en longueur. Pur ou en cocktail haute couture, à vos shakers !
