Un rosé séduisant à dominante Gamay : ça sent le sorbet à la fraise, quelques nuances de cassis et groseilles. Sec avec un agréable fruité acidulé et une finale très bonbon anglais. Facile à marier, avec des salades, grillades de viandes blanches, truite meunière...
