Robe éclatante jaune pâle aux discrets reflets verts, ce Valençay est charmeur avec ses notes d'agrumes et fruits à chair blanche. Il y a une belle fraîcheur, mais aussi une pointe de gras ainsi qu'une touche exotique en finale. À ouvrir dès l'apéritif.
