La cuvée phare du domaine exhibe un rouge pourpre brillant. Le nez est beaucoup plus épicé, concentré, envoûtant. Un vin de garde, profond avec une finale robuste qui reste néanmoins très accessible jeune. Cassis cuit, encens, cacao, poivre et canelle, cerise confite, tabac blond... Les qualificatifs ne manquent pas. Plus il s'oxygène plus la dimension café et cacao grandit ! Le fameux gigot de sept heures lui ira droit au cœur !
