Vin blanc jaune pâle aux reflets or jaune. Nez expressif aux notes de pomme et de prune. Bouche ronde et gourmande, pleine de fruits avec une pointe de vivacité en finale ce qui donne un très bon équilibre. A marier avec une assiette de coque ou une tarte aux mirabelles.
