Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Robe jaune pâle aux reflets brillants et dorés. Nez très agréable et gourmand, alliant un joli bouquet de poire, miel, acacia et brioche. Bouche généreuse, aromatique et croquante. Aux notes de poire, miel, amande, légèrement iodées. Se mariera très bien avec des profiteroles d'escargot à la crème d'ail.
