Une robe pourpre intense avec un nez riche et puissant : gelée de fruits noirs, pain d'épices, hibiscus, tabac blond... Un cocktail qui se retrouve en bouche ! 15°, mais étonnamment gourmand, texture veloutée. La myrtille fait son retour en finale avec de petits tanins qui rappellent le thé noir. À essayer sur une tarte avec ces mêmes fruits, régal assuré !
