Superbe rose, brillant et éclatant, chahuté par de nombreuses et fines bulles. Au nez, petits fruits rouges, une pointe florale. La bulle reste fine, le fruit intense, le tout vineux avec une finale crémeuse. Pourquoi pas sur une tarte aux pralines ? Très réussi.
