Un éventail surprenant autour de la fraise : coulis, confiture, purée, liqueur, ce Médoc semble l'avoir adoptée ! Bouche intense où le fruit se diversifie, c'est très appétant et digeste. Des tanins présagent d'une évolution intéressante. Ces arômes primaires très juteux sont un régal !
