Une bière revêtant une élégante robe d'un orange foncé, frôlant le brun, coiffée d'une mousse blanche délicate et appétissante. Au nez, elle offre une explosion dominante de cannelle, accompagnée plus discrètement de notes d'orange confite. En bouche, elle se distingue par son caractère malté prononcé, une profondeur confiturée, et une pointe d'amertume émanant des épices. La finale, doucement ronde et teintée de miel, confère à la bière une subtile sensation de fraîcheur.
