Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Jolie robe jaune clair dorée et brillante. Nez très expressif aux senteurs fraîches de fleurs d'acacia, silex et de tilleul. Jolie bouche précise et saline, vive et charmeuse. Longue finale amandes fraîches et bourgeons de genêts. Servir vers 11 °C sur des huîtres, classique mais tellement bon !
