Robe or jaune clair aux reflets verts. Nez de fruits blancs et jaunes, nuances citronnées de bergamote et de coquillages. Bouche ample et vineuse néanmoins font bien soutenue par une capacité fringante et gourmande. Finale calcaire et silex au relief assurant tonus et minéralité ! Servir 11° C sur un bar au fenouil !
