Belle robe rouge aux reflets violacés qui nous offrent un nez fruité et gourmand mêlant petits fruits noirs sucrés, menthe, pin et épices douces. En bouche, la chair est aérienne, gouleyante, fraîche et gourmande. Des saveurs de thym et de laurier et un rien de réglisse pour le plaisir. Finale pulpeuse et croquante. Servir vers 16° C sur un filet mignon aux olives.
