Belle robe grenat assez soutenue, d'une grande brillance et intensité. Beau nez d'un Pinot de grande origine aux notes délicates, fines de framboises, de pulpe de cerise, de pivoine et de poivre blanc avec un élevage maîtrisé en soutien. Bouche veloutée et juteuse de la jeunesse accompagnée d'un boisé élégant et de tanins fins et structurants. Il dégage une trame élégante soyeuse et vineuse à la fois. Un peu de patience, il accompagnera un pigeon à merveille.
