Belle robe jaune dorée soutenue façon lingot. Nez riche, complexe et mature exprimant des notes pâtissières de pêches jaunes rôties, de frangipane et de coing. Des bulles grasses et mûres offrent dès la mise en bouche une chair caressante et nourrissante. Des saveurs de fruits secs, abricot, noisette se révèlent. La finale nous offre un accent minéral et désaltérant intéressant. Servir sur une sole meunière.
