Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe rose pâle brillante, légèrement saumonée. Nez agréable et gourmand, certes un peu discret évoquant la gelée de fraise, la groseille et la grenadine. Bouche fraîche et acidulée. La touche de basilic arrive vraiment en fin de bouche et évite la sensation sucrée. Servir très frais sur un sorbet fraise.
