I am a pilot myself for a business jet operator. There are many gins that combine the aviation theme, but I only know of a few whose founders are also active in the industry and also own a small distillery in the family.
This is how our product was created.
I wanted to create a gin from our fruit/grain brandies and, like in my job, focus on the high quality of the product. In design, taste and of course the origin of the botanicals.
It had to be a special gin that also reflected my passion for flying. As a pilot, I get to know many beautiful places, their scents and delicacies. It's no wonder that our German Gin Layover causes wanderlust in more than just name.

We purchase the majority of our botanicals from the company roots-natural. There is a lot of emphasis on sustainability there.

Furthermore, a cooperation with the company Aerodesignmanufaktur has been established. High-quality, designer furniture is built here from original aircraft parts that have flown millions of kilometers around the world.
We are presenting our Gin with this furniture and have further projects planned.
