My name is Anghele Aurelian-Dumitrache, and I am the administrator of a small craft distillery called “Land of Plums” (https://landofplums.ro), where we traditionally and artisanally produce limited quantities of Fruit Spirits (Plums) (Fermented and Distilled) each year, using only fruit from our own orchards. Our spirits are aged in oak, smoke tree, and mulberry wood barrels for added character and complexity.
