Since 2012, in the possession of law we brew brewing in our hands brewery unfiltered, unpasteurized beers nature.

With much love and best quality raw materials as well as mountain spring water which is enhanced by Grander technology again, creates an unparalleled palate flattering beer. Currently we brew on a 2 hl brewing plant of the company. Speidel two varieties bottom-fermented beer is served in its own inn.
