We are an agricultural family for over 100 years.
We produce extra virgin olive oil of the variety Tsounati.
Our olive groves are located at an altitude of 400 meters, in the mountainous area in Southwest Crete Sarakina. The variety Tsounati which grows and prospers exclusively in our region, due to the particular weather conditions (great sunshine, High rainfall, low relative humidity, salty air etc.) and the geomorphological conditions (inclination of ground with big altitude differences) of the area, obtains its physico- chemical and organoleptic characteristics of the «Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Variety Tsounati».
Our belief has always been that olive oil is a gift of nature to the people and it should be accessible to all…..
